Very well furnished and luxurious room with a comfy chair and a heating system, and exceptionally good view of the London skyline around Shaftesbury Avenue from it. Unbeatable location, great area, just next door to part of a larger family group as well as a cafe next door. Easy walk to Soho.

You guys made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Everything was very comfortable here, and the views were fantastic. The staff were hard-working and the restaurant was really nice! The room was soundproof, air conditioned and the bed was very clean. The breakfast was perfect and had a good choice of options. The hotel was placed within 15 km of the airport.

Top hotel in an extremely busy area in the middle of London. All sights within walking distance. A lot of restaurants and shopping possibilities practically in front of the door. Room not huge but perfectly adequate. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended.
The fitness room can still be expanded.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Since our return flight was very late in the evening, we were allowed to stay longer in the room after arrangement with the hotel management! This at no extra cost!!. The location of the hotel is unique!!!
The hotel is a bit out of date, furniture in the room was a bit battered. Shower Metal outside also battered. Elevator Linoleum floor scratched
